How much does it cost and what is included?

€34.99 a month or €323.88 a year, IGIC included, for up to 3 team members. It includes your booking website in Spanish and English, the calendar, reminders, one design change a month and the domain. No setup fee and no booking commission.

Do I need to install anything or know about technology?

No. We come to your business, set it up with you using your services, hours and team, and leave it up and running. You just check it is how you like it.

Do my clients need to download an app?

No. They book on your website or by scanning the counter QR code with their phone camera, with nothing to download.

How do clients get their reminders?

They get an email confirmation when they book and a reminder by email or WhatsApp before the appointment.

Is there a minimum term? Can I try it first?

You get a 14-day free trial and there is no minimum term: cancel whenever you like and take your data with you.

What happens to my data and my domain if I cancel?

We return or delete your data gradually, within 30 days. On the domain: Islagenda pays for the domain while the subscription is up to date. If the business cancels, it can take the domain and pay the renewal itself. If it does not ask for it, the domain expires.

What if something goes wrong?

If anything stops your clients from booking, we reply in under 24 hours. For changes to your website or calendar, within 3 days.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. In the app you download your clients and appointments in one click, in a file Excel opens. And if you cancel, we return or delete them gradually within 30 days.
